Inspection Comments | Facility had a fridge down and is storing all required cold holding food in the milk cooler. This cooler has sufficient space for the facilities needs and the facility has good temperature logging of coolers. |
HACCP Topic: Allergen requirement- facility only serves individually prepacked food for breakfast only and does not have to supply additional allergen notification at this time. |
